Let Wilson's BBQ Rib Shack cater to your next event. We cater to corporate events, weddings, and parties of all kinds. From time-to-time, you will find us doing street festivals as well. All catered events are pick-up or delivery unless specified.
Meat Basics: St. Louis Spare Ribs (4-5 bones per person) OR smoked Tri-Tip (5 oz per person); BBQ Chicken (1/4 per person); Two Sides (select from the list below). Also includes Barbecue Sauce, Plates, Napkins, Forks, Knives, Mini Washcloths, Custom Bibs, Tablecloths, Serving Utensils, and To-Go Containers for Leftovers.
