Our Story

Back in 2011, Wilson's BBQ Rib Shack began as a request from their 4-year-old daughter at the time as a request to have ribs made for her birthday. What quickly went from a backyard hobby took off rapidly to doing carnivals and festivals. Soon after the catering services grew quickly in the Los Angeles / Pasadena area. Soon after that, they began sharing their love for BBQ at breweries. We have now moved to the Rialto area and looking to spread the word about Wilson's BBQ Rib Shack in the Inland Empire area.
